Celebration of the Arts: Books & Authors

Blue Heron Books presents: Celebration of the Arts: Books & Authors.

For more than 30 years Blue Heron Books has been hosting the Celebration of the Arts Books and Authors Night and bringing top-notch literary talent to Uxbridge!

This year's program features four fabulous authors in an interesting and diverse program to satisfy every reader.

The first segment of the evening will feature a panel of mystery/thriller writers in discussion with Ted Barris about their latest works. Featured authors are Laurie Elizabeth Flynn, Hannah Mary McKinnon and former Chief Justice of Canada, Beverley McLachlin, now penning intriguing courtroom dramas.

After a brief intermission, the second segment will feature award-winner Ted Barris, introducing his latest in the WWII canon, Battle of Britain. Ted will be interviewed by Terry Fallis.

Your $35 ticket includes a $20 book coupon, good for September 17 only, and all Music Hall fees, including the Music Hall improvement fund.
